Now, let me talk to you about my blog & the topic of incest since I meant to get to it.
If I lose followers, so be it. I wanna clarify a thing for myself & this blog.
I get some stuff on my dash about incest. Threats in the tags like “I’ll unfollow you if you support incest” “omfg incest is so ew” incest this, incest that, just– some are snarky remarks & I get it. It’s very frowned upon. I’m not here to defend the topic of incest, I’m not gonna beat someone down if they ship it or not. Because hey man, whether you support incest or not, there’s always gonna be other people out there who ship it between fictional characters & all that jazz. Get over that, but I am here to clear something up about it because this blog sometimes involves incest. Sometimes I roleplay implied incest. Innocent shit, mostly. But it’s implied sometimes. With one roleplayer, only. & we both don’t give a damn if that’s what it is. If it’s frowned upon, what have you. We just simply don’t care. Why?
Our muses; Gilbert & his brother are just like that. Let it be implied, totally unimplied, either one it’s just how they are. It just clicked that way. We made some headcanons, people mistaken them as a couple for kissing eachother. No, not in a gross way, you freak. But just displaying affection in general. Gilbert & his brother don’t give a fuck & as I said, that’s how our muses are together.
Now, the dark verse we have (dark!Gilbert), that– that I guess you can call it flat out incest. Because they do basically anything but?? sex?? I don’t think our muses will ever want sex with each other tbh. The muses in that verse are really fucked up in the head. They get with each other sometimes but for our muses it’s complicated to explain.
I am going to put it in my about for Gilbert that he is like that with his brother. Modern verse & dark verse, it’s just how the muse is. If that bugs you, welp?? I don’t know what to tell you other than blacklist it or leave. Because we are considerate of the people who probably hate it. We tag it, at least. I’m tired of seeing snarky comments about incest on my dashboard & I feel people will get a huge misunderstanding if I don’t address this. It’s even canon that Gilbert’s brother might come off as incest-like. But that honestly isn’t the case but hey people see it as that sometimes & hell, me & my partner will even make mild jokes about it sometimes.
I’m not defending incest or whatever. But dude, chill. I roleplay it. I tag it. I don’t need your snarky input on it. thank you. I’m considerate for what you don’t wanna see, return the favor please. Because I certainly won’t stop & make Gilbert be something else because you don’t support one idea about him & his personality with his brother. It’s how the muses are, blacklist it or unfollow because it’s just getting ridiculous.
